Obama breaking his old records, what a guy

I bring it up only to highlight the growing disparity in wealth distribution in the US. If the trend lines continue, the richest one percent will own damned near everything, and everyone else will be SOL, which is apparently how you and the rest of the GOP wants it to be... Which I think is particularly stupid for you given where you will end up.
 
Um... given that the economy crashed under Pres. Bush, blaming/crediting Pres. Obama with the increase of households on food stamps is a bit .... wrong, isn't it?

I find that number to be an appalling indictment of the politicians who would rather vote against the ACA yet again rather than pass a jobs bill.

Your party has been controlling things now for five years and the situation of the poor has gotten worse, yet you blame the GOP and claim that's what we want. LOL
 
If the republicans in the congress were not completely obstructionary, things might really have a chance of actually changing... And then if the change were not for the better, the GOP could run on that. Why are they so fucking scared?

Oh, you all don't hate poor people. After all you need someone to do your menial household and gardening tasks and to serve you food in restaurants.

You just don't want to pay them decently, educate them properly, or get them access to affordable healthcare.

In fact, repubs love having more and more poor people because then there are that many more people they can hire for poor wages and treat like dirt.

Now, of course, not ALL repubs feel this way... but the outcome of Romney's platform would have led to basically a large number of serfs for him and his cohorts to abuse.

But oh my I DO hate to fight old battles! We'll see what your NEXT candidate's positions are.

and my employees get double the normal pay for their efforts. They are quite pleased to have my wife and me as their employers. I can't uplift them all, but those that work for me certainly are grateful for our largesse.
