Along with any other FBI agents/informants monitoring JPP, Trinnity’s website and other forums and social media sites heavy with violent RW white supremacists, I think it’s primarily done with AI computer analysis.
All these great advents with AI didn’t “just happen”. Electronic Intelligence garnered from satellites and ground communications produces vast amounts of data which no country (except maybe China) can possibly hope to analyze with people alone. Our nation has been working hard for
over 22 years to solve this problem and it appears it has: digital language translators and digital analysis. AI turns passively collecting and analyzing transmissions into actively engaging those being analyzed. The ultimate in electronic intelligence gathering: non-human, always listening, instantly available and, now, interactive without human intervention.
All tech is funded by someone’s money. Usually our military and intelligence services per the Constitution:
protect and defend.
GPS, electronic displays, etc were all military or intelligence services first. One of America’s great strengths is to throw money at projects to stay ahead of our enemies technologically as opposed to matching them human being to human being.
Monitoring the huge amounts of data across the Internet can only effectively be done with AI, funded by our tax dollars.
