Well, I was first an enlisted Stinger/Avenger crew-member then garnered a commission and branched Infantry for the same reasons I'd joined in the first place - so that pretty relegates your silly little post to smithereens...

My wife just talked her cousin into becoming an MI geek, he didn't luck out with Ft. Meade though, he got Fort Campbell, Kentucky for his first gig.

I have a cousin that manages/managed linguistics projects for the NSA and the DOE (don't ask, all I know is that the DOE has deep pockets) as well as she was an interim director at the DLIFLC a few years ago.
