NY judge says bars can order Trump supporters to leave !!!

As the Judge said there is no such thing as political discrimination

Guy is a goof, he only went there to instigate an incident, why else would any person walk into a West Village bar wearing a "Make America Great hat?" It would be like visiting a good ole boy neighborhood saloon in Peyton County Alabama wearing a "Black Lives Matter" Tshirt

The guy may have been wearing the hat to troll people but if that's all he did NYC claims that it is an open minded, tolerant place for people of all beliefs and lifestyles. Why should he not be able to wear that hat in such an environment?

Supporting Trump, especially by wearing that #MAGA shit, is the equivalent of wearing a sign that says "IGNORANT JACKASS".

as opposed to what? voting for Hillary :rofl2:

you friggin get goofier by the post, I thought I told you to go away, political forums are not good places for liberals in these times. You have no argument, on anything, quit making a jackass of yourself.

He can, and if he does it again in a neighborhood as the West Village it would probably happen again, now out on Statin Island he might get away with it, maybe, do you think he would have made out any different in the Castro, Tenderloin District, or Golden Gate Park on a weekend?

I'm not talking from a legal perspective here because the bar was within their rights not to serve him. But just because an area voted heavily one way doesn't, or shouldn't, mean someone would be attacked or not served for having a different political belief. It just stands out even more in areas that claim to be open to all people.

For the same reason you wouldn't walk into a biker bar wearing a "I love Hillary" t-shirt, dumbass! ;)

because progressive/leftists are 100% intolerant to dissenting views.
They shouted him down as a "Nazi" no less

LOL. Hey, I had a Bush Country shirt back in 2001 that had an electoral map on it and it said Bush Country - My America. On a couple of weekend days I put it on, along with my sunglasses, and walked down a busy street. If looks could kill...

Now I'm not the biggest guy in the world but I'm 6' 200 pounds so I'm not the smallest either. But I was wearing my running shoes in case anyone much bigger than me really took offense. Ultimately I just got dirty looks and after the first year I didn't want to wear it anymore. But it was definitely worth it at the time.

Yea in 1994 I had a t-shirt that had a picture of Tricky Dick on it that said "Richard Nixon 1994! Tan, Rested and Dead!" I don't believe I offended to many people with that shirt.

Why would people take offense to you exercising free speech? Did you assume those that got their feelings hurt were going to do something to you?

There are protected groups because racist scum bags like you did, and still want to, discriminate against them, imbecile.

Protected groups are NOT about racism, you hater. They're about losers who are failures in life because of mental inferiority demanding and getting special treatment.
