FWIW, I truly believe Moon is a woman masquerading as a man. While it's true that culture plays a large part in how men and women act, there are genetic, cross-cultural indicators differentiating each sex. It's not a matter of intelligence, but in "how a person thinks" and their various intellectual skills.

That said, while Moon might be a feminine-thinking male, since she's a product of Western culture, IMO, she's female.

What does this mean in terms of her support for violent Jihad, her anti-Western ideology and general antisemitism? Not a damn thing. My interest is mainly academic, along the lines of the Turing Test. Understanding is the first step to eliminating misunderstandings. A 60s-70s phrase was "understanding where a person is coming from".

Some people are pretty clear where they are coming from: angry, bitter, entitled. Not much to see there. Foreigners are a little more interesting even if they are exactly the same as angry, bitter, entitled Americans.

The Russian military in its current state is almost certainly unable to operate on a nuclear battlefield even though it has the necessary equipment and has historically trained its units to do so. Smarter people know that one does not poke the bear. But alas, when our nation is run by a clueless mental case with dementia, poking bears seems to be their expertise.

Let's be clear, Putin is a mental case. Provoking him further makes us the mental case. Rather than poking and provoking at the risk of a nuclear exchange, a grownup would sit down with the tyrant and exercise diplomacy.
