Sorry, but no. It wasn't anti-libertarian of me to smoke weed even if it were illegal, because the libertarian position is anti-drug war and support for the freedom to put whatever you want into your own body. so those fighting against an oppressive tax system are also not anti-libertarian. Just because something is legal does not make it just. Many libertarians believe our taxes are completely out of control. Personally I believe it violates the NAP. We have a thuggish government threatening us with force or imprisonment if we dont pay up. It's no different than the mob racketeering. If taxes were reasonable, local, voluntary, it would be a completely different ballgame. Perhaps even some type of land value tax would be more fair. The point is, if you can keep your money away from thug bureaucrats then DO IT!
