Trump uses the judicial system to punish those he does not like. The cost and trouble of a defense hurts the person Trump is after. He gets the prosecutions for free, just uses tax dollars. Trump's cases are tossed out because there is no crime at all. He was doing that way back when he lost the election and went to court 61 times trying to get the election overturned. He went 0-61. The judges laughed him out of court.
