Interesting how Government involvement in the private sphere used to be a defining principle for the right, the more capitalism, the better, less restrictions, the better, but now, to further his Woke agenda, DeSantis purposely appears to be doing the exact opposite.

And the irony here is that he is doing it to directly appeal to the very base of the GOP, the segment that used to be the rock of right wing thinking, those that will attack any form of Government regulation

I have no problem with nationalizing medicine, utilities, energy, transportation, education--just about everything that would function more efficiently in the public sector.

It's true to form, however, for a total fucking idiot like DeSantis to seek state control of amusement parks.
Everybody who voted for that idiot is a very unnecessary entity in the world of the living.
Of that, I'm absolutely certain.

He don’t want control of amusement parks, just Disney, not for any reason other than it criticized him, and it is a way to promote his Woke agenda to win over the GOP base. Truth be known, he probably doesn’t give a rat’s ass about Disney, they are just a means to an end
