Convictions are a matter for the courts.
But if you have a pound of cocaine in your backseat and get pulled over by the cops, you're going to jail (unless you are Hunter Biden.)
The coke is evidence.
They could arrest you and the other three non-minor parties. Conviction is a different issue. Further, a search of a home means there is a warrant, that is police have reason to believe that you have the drugs - and you are pretty much screwed.
You REALLY should take an introduction to law course.
