Any intelligent person would look at the counties along the Tex Mex border and see which Federal Congressional member's district was on the border. I'll admit my error. Yes, all of those. Oklahoma is where the "Trail of Tears" ended. You don't think there are native populations there? Utah, there are 8 tribes there... Montana, tribes there... South Dakota too, you can see it there. Mississippi is the home of the Choctaw Nation. What I see is a pattern of border states and a map of Tribal lands.
