Not using math won’t change economic reality

I dunno... I'd guess it's like you do at the grocery store or dispensary for your pot, just wave your EBT SNAP card of debt card at the little box and if the transaction goes through it's all good... Maybe we could dub your method the "Single wide school of economics."

Dear fucking idiot Russian

The Republican base are from the rural areas that use government programs to survive while they vote to end them

I pay taxes not live off them

Fuck you very much

It's not about putting the dumb kids in easier math tracks.

Its about making a mathmatics education up to date with the 21st century.

We are still using a 300 year old model of math education- a unidirectional linear piecemeal track from algebra to geometry to trig with the goal of a crowning achievement in the Calculus

Statistics and probability weren't even established mathmatical disciplines until the 19th century.

It was never emphasized at the high school and college level.

Professional engineers and scientists I worked with had to take remedial statistics and probability at work, because it wasn't a core component of public education at the time and we needed it for our jobs.

A lot of educators think that 300 year old model of math education simply needs to be updated and reconfigured to represent 21st century reality.

Statistics and probability are something not everyone needs an in depth understanding of. If there was one area I found in statistics most useful, it was regression analysis and most first year (the first two statistics courses) teach virtually nothing or nothing about it.

Why does Republican economics ideas fail every time they are employed?

Because they don’t use math

Why does your Austrian school ideas always FAIL IN PRACTICE?

Oh, so now you are indirectly admitting I DO know something about the Austrian school, and are trying to shift the topic using a red herring fallacy. Okay, I'll bite. Historically, the biggest economic failures were nations that adopted heavy amounts of socialism or communism using the economic ideas of Marx, Engels, and Mao, et al. Where has individual responsibility and capitalism--often leavened with small doses of controlled socialism--failed as you claim?

No
I use math to do economics

Balancing your checkbook using a basic calculator--you have no idea what 90% of the buttons do or even how to put stuff in on the one shown below--doesn't count.

Question, what's the method used on that calculator for inputting data often called, and what button other calculators have is missing?

Maybe not for dishwashers and short order cooks, but statistics and probability are integral parts of high finance, stock market, insurance, medicine and heath care, environmental analysis, any kind of risk and safety analysis, etc.

MAGAs can scream until the cows come home that we dare not change our 300 year old model of teaching the maths.

But most people hate math. There's no better proof that we are teaching it the wrong way. Math is a language like Latin or Greek. There's no reason that most people should hate it.

That may be a large part of the problem... Teachers who don't know how to teach it, let alone teachers that barely understand it...

Hey idiot

Your team of Austrian idea fools keep crashing the economy

Keynesians keep repairing Americas economy after you crash it

“We are all Keynesians now”

Your no math Austrian path has never worked in practice

How would you know? You toss around buzzwords like the Austrian School and the Keynesian Economics and you have no clue what those mean or how they work, yet you demand others explain them to you...

You dont DO economics.  Uneducated rubes like yourself should really quit pretending that you know what you are talking about when 99% of the people in here are much smarter than you. Pretending only serves to make you look silly.

Its always hilarious when some lifelong disability welfare case like Evince PRETENDS to give a talk on economic theory. I tell ya,.....ONLY ON THE INTERNET!!!
