again, what does christ have to do with countries and their prosecution of war crimes....

i don't care if you don't trust america, no country is perfect, that has nothing at all to do with submitting jurisdiction to that court. perhaps you would agree to have all of our courts submit to that court....i mean why not

A fine Christina country should not have any concern about being prosecuted for war crimes becuase they would not commit any. Being good Christians and all that. Jews now follow the old testament, not Christ. And their history is based on slaughtering women and children and things like that.

without getting into that this country is not a theocracy, which you know, lets assume you're right, we are the beacon of christianity.... your stupidity about subjecting ourselves to a non christian court answers itself....tell me, do you even know what jurisdiction means?

killing women and children is exactly your problem. you call it slaughtering....what if they were allowed to live and they killed more in revenge or otherwise?

tell me, if 1000 people had a 100% contagious disease, that even breathing the same air space as that person passes it on, what is your opinion on what to do with them?

However a properly functioning organization like the UN is the best hope for fair international judgements.

With just a few of the biggies like us having veto power is one reason it is not functioning properly.
