The beginning of your post should be proof that Biden has crowd envy. You are using what has not been proven. Trump figured out having a too-small arena and then passing out 3 times the free tickets for the speech than the arena holds jams the place. This is politics 101. Trump pays people when he falls short like he did at that Whitehouse speech.
