No monitoring anything. If you have Y chromosomes you use one else you use the other. All Ys treated equally all Xs same deal.

You're being dumb again. Constitutional rights do not trump private property rights, unless, you hold yourself out to the public.
It is illogical. Many non-transgender people are sexual predators. In fact, I would wager that transgender people are less likely to be sexual predators.

It's a specious argument. Offhand I don't know how much preying goes on in bathrooms but I'd bet the vast majority is not by transgenders.

Ordinary perverts could use the wrong bathroom under "protection" rules. Transgender need not have begun mutilation.

I remember George Michael and Larry Craig in bathrooms looking for sex but not sure if that falls under the definition of preying.
