IQ vs. environment has been well studied, see The Bell Curve for a book on the subject. Yes, mixed children raised in the same home tend to have similar IQs, but that similarity ends in the teen years, as the black kids start falling behind on IQ, because of his lower potential.

The people who write IQ tests have worked very hard to close the racial IQ gap by biasing tests to favor blacks, with little results.

I'm not very familiar with IQ and DNA concerning Asians. If Asians better than math than whites, whites shouldn't get preference to compensate while Asians are falsely blamed for oppressing whites. I doubt Asians are smarter genetically. Their countries haven't been more civilized than white countries, and I laugh at the thought of what would happen if they had to deal with as many Hispanics immigrants and low-IQ blacks as America has to deal with.

If an Asian's and a black have the same IQ, the Asian's choice to be studios and the black's choice to be high all the time will have a huge effect on their academic performance. But, environment actually has only a small effect on IQ. And, it's IQ that often dictates the choice of the individual to be studious vs. high.

IQ tests are circumspect in themselves and are written by men with inherent biases.

Are Asians genetically superior to whites in math and the sciences? Or is it a cultural thing?

It's not just IQ tests, you idiot. It's all tests. ACT SAT MCAT LSAT. Even policeman and fireman tests. Blacks are always last. Blacks are massively inferior mentally.

And, the makers of all those tests work very hard to shape the test to help blacks, with very little results. And, liberal researchers and professors in universities have worked very hard to explain low black performance with anything other than DNA, and they've failed miserably. Blacks are massively inferior mentally.

The writers of standardized tests also use affirmative action scoring to help blacks like all schools do. That has two effects

1. The obvious one of artificially raising black scores

2. It also encourages blacks and asians to list themselves as black to get that AA scoring. This then raises the average black score since many of the test-takers are not black.
