No Kings Day Protest - October 18, 2025

When they're cherrypicked on conservative news networks and podcasts?

Sure. Anytime you get millions of people together, you can focus on what fits your agenda. Just like they focused on "peaceful" moments from J6.
You deflected to J6....that just proves my point...
They had a NoKings rally in a country where there is noking...great entertainment though...and some older people got some fresh air, and some made a few bucks...
I mean, I guess for some that's considered successful...but truly...overall it was hugely embarrassing...

I didn't deflect. I addressed the current narrative, and used J6 as support.

And obviously, you missed the point of "no kings." No, Trump isn't a "king." But the creep toward authoritarianism is clear, and proceeding with the apparent support of millions of Americans.

In a nutshell, MAGA is on the wrong side of history right now. We've seen this before. There will be quite a bit of denial in the future.

The movement is very quiet now about what took place on Saturday, after reviewing what actually happened...
Why do you think that is? Why are they quickly planning for another do over event? https://apnews.com/photo-gallery/ph...ump-protests-76f379bc4e7e2a921a15a8ad6d9d5f66 https://www.wired.com/story/no-kings-protests-photos/There are thousands of these, and videos...of the singing and dancing and sadly, much worse...
Just a sad, sad day overall....

If President Trump "isn't a king," why no king's day?

That's akin to, I don't have poison ivy but I need to go to the doctor for poison ivy.

It was near perfect this time. 7 million and very peaceful . That was a demonstration for Daffy Donald. They represent many more than that many who will do not approve of his rule. It was very "right". if you mean right-wing, there would have been violence. The right is very angry.

They are, and from all appearances even more so since they got their #FatFascistFelon back and busy destroying the country *and* our White House. Why? You'd think they'd finally be happy.

Obviously not...they're planning a do over...They've been humiliated...

Poor Delusional Debbie. No one was humiliated but you unAmerican morons. All the news media -- even Fox -- covered the various rallies and their talking heads remarked on the huge and peaceful turnout. Only you MAGATs are humiliated, scared, angry, and filled with hate. It's understandable. It must be a shock to see how many Americans do not support your fascist agenda or your #CorruptCarrot.

There's the threat of that if
Democrats don't agree to open up the government...
Said the idiot. lol

"According to the latest survey of more than 1,300 registered voters by the respected Quinnipiac poll, it's a close call overall, with 45% blaming the Republicans and 39% pointing to the Democrats.

If you look past the partisan voters and narrow in on declared independents, the gap mushrooms with 48% holding the GOP accountable compared with 32% blaming Democrats."
