I live in Pittsburgh which is 20% black. Many of the people here are racist. I have several ethnically diverse neighbors... black, Hispanic, Indian. They're employed, homeowners, two-parent families with nice cars and well-kept properties. I wouldn't dream of using the term "ghetto fabulous" to describe them.

We have two black lawyers on our CC Board.

One is a lawyer, one a small business owner.

I don’t post this to say that “I have friends who are black” but they are both friends, their children went to the same private school that mine did.

Most of us have moved on from race.

It’s counterproductive to not do so.
