I am not sure why you are so stupid or contrary to understand- It’s against federal law to have classified documents at an unauthorized location, but it’s only a crime if it can be proven IN COURT, that it was done intentionally. There is no way any prosecutor will bring a case like this to court unless he/she is damn sure he/she can prove it.

Why are you stating the obvious? Everyone already agrees that classified documents should be handled appropriately and in accordance to the law.

Even Barr admits that what Trump did was waaaay over the line. The investigation of Biden and his son is on going. I suspect that since Biden, like Pence, cooperated upon discovery of the classified material that the results will be the same as with Pence.
