His lawyer found some trump missed while trying to comply with the laws of the United States of America


Trump suggested he pluck the worst ones out and make them disappear


That lawyer then contacted the authorities and told them Trump asked him to break the law

Clinton's email INTENTIONALLY had their classified headers deleted and were INTENTIONALLY placed on a non-secure non-government server. That is intentional mishandling, moron. Comey did not have the statutory authority to decide if what HRC did was intentional mishandling or not.

Who removed the headers? Who placed them on a non-government server?

Did she show them to journalists?
Did she lie to the FBI about their existence?
Did she even know they were there?

Comey had the constitutional authority to evaluate the strength of the case.

What does this have to do with the Trump indictment?

I am not sure why you are so stupid or contrary to understand- It’s against federal law to have classified documents at an unauthorized location, but it’s only a crime if it can be proven IN COURT, that it was done intentionally. There is no way any prosecutor will bring a case like this to court unless he/she is damn sure he/she can prove it.
