I don't think it means very much but she is a popular figure in the state. I'm picturing Philly Rabbit having a heart attack right now. In his mind it's bad enough the state has a black Senator and an Indian governor but now this Indian Gov. is endorsing an Hispanic Presidential candidate. And they're all Republican?
