Nick Sandman’s cases dropped

The Washington Post, Nick Sandmann settle $250 million

There is no way on earth that is true. That would be enough that it would show up on the bottom line of the Washington Post, which it did not.

Sandmann was suing for $250 million, but accepted an "undisclosed token amount". It may have been $1 or may have been $100. It was not $250 million.

So NOW , in addition to knowing Trump's specific measurements, who gets up when in the Trumop household, and where Melania sleep, you also have ACCESS TO THE WAPO'S FINANCIAL BOOKS?

You're a hoot....

Likely they paid his lawyer's fees and promised not to talk about the incident anymore.

Kid's a typical fucking Trumper MAGA sleazeball.

He will appeal

God bless America. Hang all traitors.

I still saw nothing that said the lawyers are on contingency

He has bucks from settlements

Now the lawyers get his previous bucks

And will have him chasing more money until his wealth is tapped
The odds are the lawyers are representing Trumpian interests and it's the MAGA idiots paying for this. Nickie probably isn't out much money...but he probably won't get much if he wins. LOL

Presumed?
By the editor of Harvard International Law Journal.

Former editor. There's no need to lie, ExLa. One man's opinion.

“It represents a rare example of a 'little guy' being able to stand up to a media behemoth,” said Jacobson, the founder of the law blog Legal Insurrection and former senior editor of the Harvard International Law Journal.

“If not for the aggressive, and presumably contingent fee, representation by famed attorney Linn Wood, the result may have been different," he added. https://www.foxnews.com/media/cnn-covington-nick-sandmann-settlement

By the editor of Harvard International Law Journal.

By one of the former senior editors... If he were a current editor, he would not be a lawyer. There is not one "the editor".

Worth noting at this point that Obama was the President (out ranking senior editor) or the Harvard Law Review(far more prestigious than the Harvard International Law Journal).

"He previously reached undisclosed settlements with the other three: the Washington Post, CNN and NBC News."

DUMBFUCK.

Yup, undisclosed, meaning he Paid the Washington Post, CNN and NBC to let him out of the suit.

I heard it was around 250 million.

Picture this, someone sues you for $250 million. He has an exceptionally weak case (it was dismissed very early in the case), and $250 million is a huge amount of money. On top of that, it is the principle... But there is also the legal costs to think of. Would you ever consider paying the full amount without even fighting it?

And think how much the full amount is. The Washington Post would have to sell off most of their operation to raise that much. They are in a low margin business. It would set a precedent that anyone who felt insulted would think they can get $250 million.

And what would that say about Sandman. He, and his lawyer, have been asking people for donations. If he has $250 million, he would be a horrible scumbag to ask for more money.

Your claim makes no sense.

I’m confused. It says here that he settled with NBC, ABC and CNN a while back.

He got a token settlement with The Washington Post, CNN and NBC, but not ABC. ABC stuck it out and won their case completely, as did The New York Times, Rolling Stone, CBS, and Gannett. If The Washington Post, CNN, and NBC fought it out, they would have won, but it would have cost them more in legal fees than the token settlement.

The link you give is to a Google search, which does not say that ABC settled.

Post a link proving that he got a “token settlement,” Walter.
