You ever attend any games or see who wears the gear? Upper class whites generally don't.
I've attended multiple Raiders (in Oakland and LA) and 49ers games. There is a lot of ethnic diversity at those games. And while there are rich people in the suites you get much of the lower dregs of society filling the stadium. (I don't mean that to sound so negative but if you've attended and see how many fights break out you realize this is not the upper crust). So I'm not sure how a highly diverse crowd is mostly racist.
And where did I say anything about people protesting on the side of Trump? There were people protesting players not standing and that was well before Trump got involved. And it's racist to find not standing for the flag offensive? I mean fvck.

Nobody answers my question when I ask why choose the anthem to protest? Is that there only option.
The problem with this so called protest is that it is too diffuse. Most people don’t know what they are protesting.
Some think it is this bogus belief that white cops hunt black guys even though the reverse is true
Some think it is because of the anthem itself
Some think it is a middle finger to Trump
The bottom line is that the people who matter and that is the fans think it is disrespectful to the anthem, the flag and the military.

Everything is not racist. trump is a racist. Those who jump on his idiotic bandwagon are racist. The protests occur during the anthem for two reasons. It is the point in the game where they would stand out the most, and it's appropriate to make a statement during a song that references the continued suppression of slaves.

The Undefeated did a piece on black veterans who support the players fighting racism but don't support them not standing for the anthem. Does that make them racist and part of the problem?
