Nice try at boxing me in fuck face. I never said that nor hinted at it. That is the players right to kneel if they want in protest. It also the fans right not to spend money on teams or league that condones it. As team owners they also have the right to tell players what they can or can't do while at work. It's called democracy.

Are you going to address what I said or do you automatically consider a police officer defending him/herself from a belligerent perp as police brutality?

Definitely a nice gesture aimed at media attention, but most who are wronged by cops who never get indicted, or never convicted if they are indicted, win multi million dollar civil suits. No amount of money will stop the problem. That happens by getting out and voting locally, and getting the racist mayors/prosecutors/police chiefs out of office

NFL issues have little to do with the protests, but doing this will get them out of the middle of the issue. Companies never want to weigh in on any hotbed political issue, because it automatically costs them app. 50% of their business.

The NFL wants to get past the issue, and stop having to choose a side.

I grew up in Oakland. There have been many problems with the OPD. All our Mayors have been Democrats, three of them black and one an Asian woman. The City Counsil is all Democrats too. So I don't know if your last sentence was intended from a Democratic/Republican perspective. But at least in Oakland they Mayors weren't being called racist yet the problems persist.
