New York Times chief outlines coverage shift: From Trump-Russia to Trump racism

Dean Baquet, the executive editor of the New York Times, said recently that, after the Mueller report, the paper has to shift the focus of its coverage from the Trump-Russia affair to the president's alleged racism.

The Russki hoax didn’t work out for them so the POS maggots have to shift gears into their “racist white supremacist” gig.

Remarkable how they pivot off of 3 straight years of pounding the biggest hoax in the country’s history, not one beat skipped. It’s just on to the next thing RACE CARD.

When all else fails for the Democrats they pull out their much used, frayed and worn out race cards. It’s a sure sign of their total desperation!

moving from one outrage to the next quickly is Bannon's strategy for Trump, and it works great

make no mistake, Donnie is WAY too stupid to come up with that strategy

Trump's criminal activity is being investigated by the house. Nothing has been abandoned. However, beginning investigations are not exciting news. When Trump's people have to testify in public, it will be front-page again. Trump, of course, will demand they are exempt from the justice department. Ignore subpoenas and court orders, then the Trump coverup can continue.

And a narrative it is: they’ve made up their mind about how they are going to report on stories; what kind of spin they will put on them *before* the stories even come out.

And the NYT exec was boasting about getting two Pulitzer’s for reporting on the Trump/Russian story—even though it turned out to be total bunk. Not to be deterred, he/they decide to switch narratives and give ‘racism’ a few runs around the track lol.

This is literally ‘out of The Onion’ stuff but it’s also despicable because reading racism into everything just produces more racism and further divides the country on racial lines. And this is being done by ‘the paper of record’.

Did I say they were despicable yet?
