Cuomo throwing up distractions from his litany of scandals.

Ahead of any legalization should be established, testable, and prosecutable legal limits for driving under the influence of marijuana.

Virtually every police department in the state has advised the legislature of this. Our legislature, however, is composed of a passel of woke children, who reflexively discard warnings from law enforcement.

So.somebody.driving under the influence will kill somebody and walk away freely because no legal guidelines exist.

*THEN* the legislature may be moved to do something.

Pot should be made legal, and sold as alcohol, but with plenty of taxes, it would be better if that money went to paying off the deficit, rather than in the drug cartel's pocket.

States are scrambling for Revenue, especially with this Pandemic. More and more States 'will see the light' and begin to legalize.
(Especially after Canada has nation-wide legalization ... and Mexico to follow)
