You could not be farther from the truth. My brother in law got a girl pregnant. She was going to get an abortion. My wife and I encouraged her to have the baby. We told her we would adopt the child and raise it as our own. She eventually change her mind and raised it own her own and my wife and I have always given her financial support. When she wrecked her car and needed one for work we bought her another car. We helped with child care. She has a girl that is now 36 and has two kids a 5 y.o and a 7 y.o.. My wife and I love her like a daughter. Her we treat her kids like grandkids.
