New TN law re: concealed carry

Nonsense.....your right to have a gun in not infringed at all....but to carry the weapon on your person in public places a burden on that person to know how the handle
that gun safely and responsibly in populated areas...thus, specific training and obtain a permit,,,commonsense.
Yes...a common sense gun law and it didn't end up with government thugs taking your gun. Imagine that?

It doesn't stand up to due process. Only people with concealed carry permits are protected under it, thus depriving people without them of basic rights and reducing them to second class citizenship. It's unconstitutional per the 14th amendment.

It doesn't deprive anyone of due process.

If you enter my home I have the right to tell you to leave your gun outside. If you enter my business, I have the right to tell you to leave your gun outside. It's private property and as such I have those rights. In fact, if you enter a public area that states that guns are not permitted, your rights have not been violated.

While there is a "...right to bear arms...", the Constitution is utterly silent on "...the right to concealed carry."

Why is it that so many are willing to so quickly ascribe to the Second Amendment those things which it categorically does not say?
