New polls shows Romney overtake Obama in Colorado, nationally

the poll also did cite a margin of error of +3.5 so it being 2.8% off falls right into that deviation.

Assuming YOUR numbers are correct (and a I don't why anyone would assume that at this point) the difference puts Obama in the lead.

Any pollster that runs with that sort of anomaly is obviously up to something. Make it the more likely 90-10 split Obama and Romney is losing.

no he's not. the black vote makes up 5% of the total of those polled. so if 100% of blacks say they are voting for obama that's 5% of the total overall vote going towards obama.

If you split that in half, you are taking 2.5% of that and giving it to romney.

romney capturing 57% of that vote gives him a skew of 2.8% total (assuming 100% of the black vote is going obama). which is in the margin of error.

Again any pollster who looks at those numbers and does not realize there is a problem, is up to something or incompetent. This poll is a joke.
