Hunter Biden's former business partner was willing to go before a grand jury. He never got the chance.

A former business partner of Hunter and James Biden, who worked directly with them on a 2017 China energy deal, was never asked to testify to a Delaware grand jury investigating Hunter Biden, two sources familiar with the discussions tell CBS News.

Tony Bobulinski, the former business partner, was open to testifying, and his attorney reached out to the office of Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss. Weiss did not return their calls, the sources said. Weiss' decision not to bring Bobulinski is the latest indication that prosecutors investigating Hunter Biden may have avoided investigating allegations about his father, President Joe Biden.

It actually makes no difference what Joke talked about with Bagman's clients. The mere fact that Joke took the call and talked to the client is sufficient for it to be an act of corruption. Think about it. Why would Hunter call and put his dad on the phone with any client? What purpose would that serve?

Well, the answer is obvious once again. Bagman is showing the client Hey, I can get the VP of the US on the phone any time I want and I can get him talking with you... That is direct access to a very powerful political figure in the US. A client would clearly understand that what he's paying Bagman for is access to his father.

It isn't as if Joke couldn't have ignored the call or said something to his son like, 'Hey, son, call me back when you aren't with a client...' But Joke didn't do that. He chose--Joke chose--to take those calls. Joke chose to talk to Bagman's clients. That in itself is a corrupt act.
