There are different engineered viruses being released sequentially in waves, to try to completely mislead humanity into an outsourced and subscription based immune system.
When smallpox vaccine came out, there was no significant anti-vax movement either. The country didn't have a major political party that was a death cult. So there was no reason to do so. There wouldn't have been in this pandemic either, but for the morons who refuse to do the right thing.
