I wish that chart included tests given for more accuracy. You can't determine whether the number of new cases daily is decreasing without comparing it to the number of tests administered. IOW we could be seeing fewer new cases simply because we're testing less.

Yes, those figures I gave are the Active Cases in the USA, for each day:

Clearly when we have 17,840 more Active Cases than the previous day, we have not reached the peak yet.

I wash everything that's in waterproof packaging and leave anything that isn't for 48 hours before I handle it- including the mail.
