New book makes Biden foreign policy look worse than amaturish

Alexander Ward was given free access to the Biden administration and inner circle of advisors in an attempt to get a puff piece making them look awesome from a well known journalist. Instead, what they got was a book that makes them look like a bunch of amateurish, clueless, fools blundering through one foreign policy disaster after another. It only covers a bit more than Biden's first two years in office so the foreign policy disasters currently unfolding aren't included (like Israel's 10/7 or the Taiwan and South China Sea situation that's unraveling).

What it does show, and very clearly with massive amounts of facts, is that Biden, his cabinet, and inner circle of advisors are truly idiots when it comes to handling foreign policy. With Putin and Russia, the book lays out just how utterly dismissive Putin is of Biden, how Biden and his administration were almost blindsided by the Ukraine invasion.

While Ward is even handed and gives credit where it's due, the overall picture he leaves you with is of an administration blundering from one foreign policy disaster to the next with just crumbs of success in between. Instead of restoring US credibility with the world as Biden himself would want you to believe, the world is taking advantage of him.
