I think they should. There is no intelligence support for this and Trump just recently rejected a DHS report saying it was ineffective. It's obvious that it is still a "muslim ban."

If it passes Constitutional muster though then it must be fought on other levels, the problem being that those who could legislate against it are mostly xenophobic security state fear mongering authoritarian subhumans who want to ban refugee Imigration anyway.
