my wife and i live about 6 miles from neverland

the residents of the santa ynez valley breathed a collective sign of relief that the spectacle at neverland ranch has been canceled

this is a mainly rural area and the roads just are not up to that much traffic...not to mention the personal needs of all the projected visitors:eek:
 
Get ready, Don. I predict some road improvements and amenities construction up there over the next couple of years. Then we'll have our very own west coast "Graceland."

especially if the current owners have any sense

caltrans has already been upgrading hwy 154...maybe they knew something we did not...
