Never profitable WeWork bankrupt

Even before this recession/depression really gets going 20% of office space is empty, just one of many problems for commercial real-estate. I have heard experts say that this is going to be for sure a disaster for owners and the banks and other holders of their debt and derivatives on that debt.


That a company that has never made a dime and was trying a business that has been tried many times over the decades almost never making money was once said to be worth $47 billion says a lot about what has gone wrong with America.
 
I have been listening to experts claiming that the big problem during this crash will not be inflation, it will be deflation. That is certainly here now with commercial real-estate, and not just with office space.

I am not at all sure that David Sacks is right that WeWork coull make money after bankruptcy for this reason.
 
I got told the other week by an expert that there is zero chance that the Revolution will be able to get enough harvest from the money trees to save the American (and also European) banks....they will be toast.
