The first sentence of my OP was, “These days on TV every night we see Fake News talking about “The Religious Right” which is very annoying.”

That’s obviously the U.S.

Another sentence in the OP was, “Don’t confuse ‘conservative Islam’ with conservative Americans. When conservative Islamic people immigrate to the U.S. the great majority vote for the Democrats, which makes them Lefties.”

That’s obviously referencing the post to the U.S.

The last sentence in the OP was ‘So Lefties, the next time you go on a snowflake demonstration, make sure you have a dozen placards that say, “We were wrong. It’s actually the Religious Left.”’

If you couldn’t figure out it was a post directed at Americans, on an American board, maybe you should get out of your tent more, Abdul.

Nearly all religious people in the world are Lefties, I said, on an American board, to a mostly American group, and then went on to explain that it is the same in the U.S. too, and thus their constant harping about "The Religious Right" is Fake News. I understand this confused you, and that's okay. Many American Lefties think it's totally incorrect - such is their brainwashing.

Look at Catholics. They keep millions uneducated, barefoot and pregnant, to increase the size of their so-called ‘flock’. They threaten their members with burning eternally in hell if they use contraceptives, and bribe them with eternal bliss in heaven if they attend church. That’s mass extortion and racketeering, not to mention child abuse on a massive scale. Never mind fucking choirboys in the ass – priests have been torturing billions of kids for centuries with their “burning vs heaven” crap, to get their way with them. You don’t call that aggressive and dangerous? The entire hierarchy of the Catholic church should be jailed. Then we can start on other churches.
 
Catholics are taught to not lie and cheat. They are trained to be charitable and help the poor. Those are left values. The righty parts of Catholics are the bad parts like taking advantage of kids, making nuns live a destitute life, and helping the Nazis in WW2. Religions are about monyt at its core. That is big time right wing credo.

I mention other countries' populations because millions of them immigrate to the U.S. Every African who comes to the U.S. brings their religious beliefs and their political views. Every Mexican immigrant does the same, as do all the others, from Asia, the ME, etc. So their religious views and left winged views are very relevant. The “Christian Right” is not a problem in the U.S. The “Religious Left” is, and one that is never mentioned by the Fake News.

could well be.....however it is still ridiculous to claim that nearly all religious people in the world are lefties.....the vast majority of all people in the world, religious or otherwise, are much more conservative than Americans....

The post I was answering said that if Muslims were really right wing, they would vote for Trump. I'm pointing out that would be like German Jews voting for Hitler - very Christian, perhaps, but many things cancel out left-right distinctions.

Okay - I understand, thanks.

The reason they are mostly liberals (not all, but mostly) is that the Democrats enthusiastically provide welfare, support immigration wholeheartedly (and bringing in family members etc), want to spend heaps helping the poor, etc etc. They also hate Republicans because they are far more likely to wage war on them in their own countries.

I saw the numbers.....they are likely accurate.....the stupid part is when you added "and they are left winged"......in most parts of the Middle East, Asia, Africa and South America people would be ostracized, if not killed, for espousing what American lefties believe......
