the only mistake would be thinking it isn't an investment.....lets see, you start off with a 5% downpayment and twenty years later you discharge your mortgage......in the meantime your house has doubled or tripled in value......don't you wish your stock had done the same?.....

The average American moves every five or six years. So if you buy a home with a 30 yr mortgage after five years you've paid almost no principle. That's not an investment.

so for most of the Bush administration we had fuller than full employment?......or did Obama just lower his standards so that Bush's worst became Obama's best......

So are all "nationalists" this reliant on gov't? You can't save yourself you need to gov't to do it for you?

? i expect the govt of my country to work for me yes. Just as I expect govt of other countries to work for them.
