The thread, aside from the title, isn't a "position"; it's a posting of a Times news report. I doubt anyone is surprised you fail to see a difference.

The position, which you adopted as your own, became yours once you did so. If you can't answer questions about the position you have been compelled to regurgitate, that's on you. I will never allow anyone to do my thinking for me, however I see that you will gladly allow others to do your thinking for you, probably because you find thinking to be more work than it is worth.
