As I pointed out Reagan almost tripled it, GW over doubled it , Trump is running it up so much it is out of this world, and YES Obama ran it up about 8 Trillion in EIGHT YEARS , and it only took Trump 4 years to run it up almost as much.
Yep Republicans run the debt up way more then Dems do.
And that makes Trump KING of something, yep King of the DEBT.

trump does call himself king of debt. he loves running it up, and then refusing to pay. he assumes the government will bail him out.
