When I was a kid, I could walk down the street with a .22, just looking for something worthwhile to shoot, right past 2 cops in a car, and they'd stop and talk to me because they were

I do know the time frame it fucked up in, because I've lived it. The 1st step was they got rid of discipline. That means you are going to have a bunch of undisciplined people who don't
know what "no" is and have to be shown it by force and the government because they never learned it as children. America was founded on self-governance, not rule by police or the
army. In order to have self-governance, people have to have
self-discipline. Otherwise things devolve into how we've seen so many places go in the past.
