He did not obstruct justice and he did not stalk them, just more lies by you. As a citizen, in the true REPUBLICAN vein from decades past, he set out to properly witness and document what he believed was big govt over reach and abuse. SOmething prior Republicans spoke a ton about and believed it was a civic duty to do what he did.

We understand Magats think the big gov't must be obeyed and never challenged and no one should try to document or film any abuses but those of us, not magats, will not go along with that.

Even if he had no ID on him it is a ticket at most and does not even allow them to confiscate the gun, it is not an arrestable offense. The "he was not carrying legally" is not true. Not having the ID on him and not carrying the permit does merit a ticket but it does not, according to the law itself, negate the permit. He was still carrying legally.
