Complain as much as you want; but you're still going to have to wait until you reach legal age.
Damn youngins.
What's legal age?

What's legal age?
Since the discussion was regargding the legal age of drinking, it would appear to be 21 for the majority of the States.
I say majority; because I'm not up on all the States and some of them may be slightly lower.
No, no, what IS legal age?
Okay, I'll answer for you: The age where upon one is considered an adult.
The reason for this, is because, once someone is considered legally an adult, there should be no restrictions upon them regarding age.
If you define legal age as 18, then 18-year-olds should be allowed to drink, escort minors to rated-R films, etc... If you define it as 21, then 18-year-olds should not be allowed to be drafted, smoke, buy porn, go to strip clubs, drink, escort minors, or anything else adult related.
If you've never seen the studies done; that show the affect that alcohol has on those under 21, then there's no sense in even having the discussion.
But since you're now complaining, just to complain, whine away.
Oh don't I know it, down here it was almost family culture to get kids drinking in the early teens.
I bartended at 17 in a nightclub which was cool, I hadn't yet aquired a taste for drinking yet.

LOL I might have gotten in wrong, aren't you a Nebraska fan?
LMAO.... alcohol has the same chance of effecting a person age 30 in a bad way as it does an 18 year old. Those studies are a prime example of tweaking data to tell you what you want it to.
While it can be argued that 18 year olds aren't as mature as a 21 year old (on average), the same argument could be made that 21 year olds aren't as mature as 30 year olds.
What makes it even dumber is that 18-20 year olds (not to mention the younger teens) do not have any problem obtaining alcohol. So essentially what the prohibition and discrimination is doing is forcing the 18-20 year olds to go places where there is no supervision or to break the law via a fake ID in order to drink.
At a bar... the bartender can cut someone off. The doorman can suggest a cab. You are also not going to tend to see keg stands or beer bongs in a bar.
Bottom line, there is NO way to justify the discrimination. NONE. A person CANNOT be both a minor and an adult. The legal system needs to choose one or the other.
LIke I said, there's no sense in having the discussion; because your argument is all about feelings and hasn't a thing to do with common sense.
You mean, you're acting completely within a sound state of mind when you advocate for relegating citizens to being adult minors?
