they wont for Biden .because Biden wont pursue a bi-lateral agreement. 'Beijing Biden' is not hyperbole.

If Trump wins he'll use tariffs etc. to force China back like he did for phase 1.

Biden lacks any will to confront the rise of China -Trump has made that a priority

I also have nextdoor neighbours who are Russian. The husband is an engineer who retired about two years ago. He and his wife are now full-time gardeners. They get to look after their granddaughter a lot. I heard him talking to the girl on the swing and she seems to be coming along with her Russian (you often don't see third-generation kids maintaining the old language).

the older couple can barely speak English. the millenials next door just have that accent but I dont know if they speak Russian (Alex and Iliana).
He's a whiny millenial -shes a beauty.

They came up the pool the other day and I was ragging Alex because he said the water was too cold
"this is Florida!" I told him "not Russia - jump in"
