I understand that, and I am glad I am in the pool, thats what I am paying every month for... If it were not for President Obama, and the Congressional Democrats making it possable for me to be in that pool, I would have had to close my small business (that is providing a couple jobs for the community) or gone without insurance and planned on the tax payers to pay if I got real sick.

Here is where you are not paying attention. I applied three times for "my own insurance" and was denied three times due to my pre-existing condition. I was not Elegable for "my own insurance". Ugh, Open your eyes and read.

Thanks to Obama, insurers will no longer be able to deny coverage (or take your premiums for years and then drop you when you have a claim).
The GOP wants to return to the former state of affairs.

Once again, what does this have to do with me not being able to afford it, I was denied coverage AT ANY COST. Not because I could not afford it but because I have high cholestrol. You dont understand the problem, that is why you oppose the solution. You assume that anyone who cant get coverage cant get it because they are poor. While that would be a good reason to change the health care system, the problem is MUCH worse than that. Middle Class people are being denied health care at any cost for simple pre-existing conditions like high cholestrol.

What particular pre-existing condition do you have that made you that high risk?
BTW - Florida is one of 35 states that had a high risk pool before Obamacare was pushed through. You would not be denied all insurance "at any cost" due to this particular salient factoid.

As I stated above it was high cholesterol. You don't believe gov. Scott would have repealed the program if he could have.
Which changes nothing at all about the reality. The program was there before the Obamacare passing the house.
Reality: You would have insurance even if Obamacare didn't pass, you are "thanking" your hero unnecessarily.

Now I am absolutely calling bullshit.
Nope it happens, acne can even be a pre existing condition, insurance companies are ruthless at times. My daughter use to work for Aetna, it blew her mind the things insurance does to people! ALWAYS contest a denial, always, she says they automatically deny some claims because people won't fight. They keep a lot of money that way. They are shisters, I hate insurance companies, but they are a necessary evil.
