My health insurance...Thank you President Obama!

So, you still have not explained how money has anything to do with me being declined due to a pre-existing condition?

That's cuz he doesn't have to, don't ya know!

Yurtard's allowed to make any ridiculous statement he likes without having to worry about whether or not it's relevant in any way, and then he's not required to explain how exactly his comments relate to the topic being discussed.

The Pre-Existing Condition coverage is more expensive by 15 to 30 dollars a month than the one I origionally applied for, I dont understand why money would have anything to do with the coverage I was able to get.

Because it is Yurt and he would argue with a fence post about the direction the sun rises.

It was not a settlement but a verdict. For several reasons I have not collected 3 million dollars. (The entire judgment has not been collected, I had partners who I had contractural requirements to share what we did collect with, I took a reduction in my fee out of fairness and I paid a prior attorney for the work he did on the case prior to the client hireing me.)

You have partners? You told us before you had a one person shop. Which is it Jarod?

Same song different day! You have more patience than I.

That's our Yurtard...forever demanding verification to back up even the tiniest of claims made by others, while himself offering a heaping helping of Doodley with a side order of Squat to anyone who might think to ask for verification from him.

At the time I got that verdict I was in a four lawyer firm, since that time I left the firm and opened my own shop. Ill get you a time line and my professional history if you need it... Geesh.

Interesting that the GOP has made a priority of condemning Americans like Jarod to death by allowing insurers to put profits before people...and all the right can do is criticize his spelling and cast aspersions on his professional status.

I happen to know that what Jarod has said about his practice is true...and it it irrelevant to this discussion.

It is funny how they are trained to immideatly change the subject to something they can make up about the messinger when faced with discussing facts.

I guess the concept of 'risk pooling' used in group policies is Marxist, according to idiots like TopDoper.

It's redistributing to the poor, but some rich like you are making out too

How am I making out?

I pay more than the policies I had applied for. If I wanted to continue running my small business my only other choice was to go without health insurance and if I got sick, to sponge off society.

My only other choice was to go without insurance and if I got sick, who do you think would have paid then?
