My health insurance...Thank you President Obama!

I have been denied by three major health insurance companies for basic coverage within the last three months.

Finally I applied for a program, made possable by the HEALTH CARE BILL that does not reject people due to pre-existing conditions and was accepted. The insurance is beteen 15 to 30 dollars a month more expensive than the policies I applied for.

Thank You President OBAMA for making it possable for me to get coverage!!! My family thanks you also.
 
You should thank those who don't want or need insurance who will be forced to pay obamas buddies for insurance and cover your sickness.

someone who wins a FOURTEEN MILLION DOLLAR case is whining about health insurance...........makes no sense.

IT had nuthing to do with the cost of the program. I was denied due to a PRE-EXISTING condition, not because I could not afford it. In fact as noted in the origional post, it costs a bit more than the private programs.

This program was put in place to fill in the gap between now and when the rest of the program goes into effect.

Why would the amount of money I won have anything to do with me not being able to get insurance due to a Pre-Existing Condition?

even assuming a cap of 20% on large settlements or large verdicts, that is nearly 3 million dollars. assuming you had to take the lower percent in FL.

The Pre-Existing Condition coverage is more expensive by 15 to 30 dollars a month than the one I origionally applied for, I dont understand why money would have anything to do with the coverage I was able to get.

Thats ok Jughead.....us taxpayers will get together and pay for your fuckin' health insurance.....you rich, greedy, socialist bastard......and when you come back from "The Scooter Store"....just say...."It didn't cost me dime".......you

because some other poor sap is paying to it.....

It was not a settlement but a verdict. For several reasons I have not collected 3 million dollars. (The entire judgment has not been collected, I had partners who I had contractural requirements to share what we did collect with, I took a reduction in my fee out of fairness and I paid a prior attorney for the work he did on the case prior to the client hireing me.)
 
Thats why we Conservatives dispise the Democrat politicians in Washington......the vast majority are sleezie lawyers,

No they don't, you small minded pinworm, he pays the premiums. Those scooter commercials are a scam, Medicare pays for them only in very limited cases.
