If you're changing their routine, that could be a part of it.. When our animals get much older, we make their food, and they seem to eat better...

My old dog won't touch dog food. It will eat wet catfood though some times. Mostly I feed it chicken--lots and lots and lots of skinless chicken--I get so tired of cooking chicken I will never cook another once she is gone.

I have a crock pot of chicken going all the time.. Look at it this way...you don't have to buy broth for soup...(.do it skin and bones and then just chill it///)
Here's the deal. I have two elderly cats. They're used to eating breakfast and dinner. They've been losing weight. I'm trying to feed them lucnh and they won't eat it.
