As soon as DJT becomes President Elect he is on the horn to our allies AND enemies. It is the right thing to do. He has to tell them to just wait it out, that he will be in control in just a couple of months. Tell them not to allow Biden/Harris to goad them into WW3 which nobody in their right mind would want. In this way he can castrate Biden/Harris before he takes office,....and for darned good reasons. PEACE......NOT WAR! Were not going to let these insane power mad psychopaths burn down our world on the way out the door.

Why would I bet that is the plan? Because it makes sense. It is logical and it is RIGHT. It is what ANY right minded person would do.

Anyone who thinks that Joe Biden or Kamala Harris is the threat to peace rather than Trump...

Peace in our time! That's an admirable goal and I fully support the drive to peace. And Trump actually DOES have a reasonably solid approach at appeasement for particularly nasty folks like Putin. He develops GOOD WILL with Putin by giving him critical medical equipment for his own use at the expense of American citizens.

I actually AGREE with you (not being snarky here). But there are right ways and wrong ways to deal with vicious thugs like Putin. I don't see the "kowtow and toady" route as necessarily great. But I guess we'll have to give it a go if Nov goes tits up for us.

PRobably because:

1. Trump was CLEARLY a fan of Putin so Putin knew he would be useful
2. Trump WAS useful to Putin by constantly threatening the stability of NATO and even hinting he'd ignore Article V

That was easy.

The original plan was to invade Ukraine late Winter 2020. That got delayed by two years because of Covid. There was no way for Putin to start the war in 2017. He needed 3 years to build up to it, but he definitely started building up to it in 2017.

Why did Putin suddenly start making plans to conquer Ukraine in January of 2017?

The problems caused by this administration are now almost insurmountable but Trump recognizes this and wants "to fix what Kamala and Biden broke."

Americans who support Trump are not "garbage," as Biden said yesterday. This is a breach with American citizens who have the right to support whomever they prefer without being called vile names like fascist, Nazi, Hitler.

The Biden/Harris Administration promised to bring Americans together but they have done the polar opposite.

I believe that Harris sees it slipping away and is now desperate. Desperation is not a good thing just a few days before an election.

At least be MAN ENOUGH to agree that Trump likes Putin. How else can you explain him giving Putin testing equipment for his own personal use while Americans were waiting in line to get access to that type of equipment? How do you explain his CONSTANT praise of Putin's leadership?

Let me get this straight: you think Putin was SCARED of Trump? So you think Trump would unleash eternal hellfire in the form of military response if Putin invaded Ukraine? Which you call "peace". But you think Biden is a pussy and won't do anything to stop Putin, which you call "war".

They probably did to no greater or lesser extent. Putin used Trump to destabilize NATO. Trump didn't deliver the goods ultimately in that NATO wasn't destroyed despite Trump's best efforts. If he wins again he'll take another bite of that apple. You can be guaranteed of it.

Putin needs NATO to be in a mess. That's what Trump was doing for Vlad. Why would Vlad invade BEFORE he had Trump do his bit?

Sorry, but diversion is not going to work. Walz bailed out of his one weekend a month gig because he knew they were being deployed. Then, he lied about his rank at retirement dozens of times. The man is guilty of stolen valor.
