Muslim filth commit mass rapes in Germany - no surprise there

Stop with the faux outrage. If FGM really bothered you, you'd be excoriating the men who have kept this vicious cultural practice going for centuries. "The practice is rooted in gender inequality, attempts to control women's sexuality, and ideas about purity, modesty and aesthetics."

FGM has been outlawed in most countries where it's practiced but the laws aren't enforced well. Read and learn.

"There's no way of knowing the origins of FGM, it appears in many different cultures, from Australian aboriginal tribes to different African societies," medical historian David Gollaher, president and CEO of the California Healthcare Institute (CHI), and the author of "Circumcision," told Discovery News....

Used to control women's sexuality, the practice involves the partial or total removal of external genitalia. In its severest form, called infibulation, the vaginal opening is also sewn up, leaving only a small hole for the release of urine and menstrual blood. While the term infibulation has its roots in ancient Rome, where female slaves had fibulae (broochs) pierced through their labia to prevent them from getting pregnant, a widespread assumption places the origins of female genital cutting in pharaonic Egypt. This would be supported by the contemporary term "pharaonic circumcision." The definition, however, might be misleading. While there's evidence of male circumcision in Old Kingdom Egypt, there is none for female...

Historically, the first mention of male and female circumcision appears in the writings by the Greek geographer Strabo, who visited Egypt around 25 B.C.

"One of the customs most zealously observed among the Egyptians is this, that they rear every child that is born, and circumcise the males, and excise the females," Strabo wrote in his 17-volume work Geographica. A Greek papyrus dated 163 B.C. mentioned the operation being performed on girls in Memphis, Egypt, at the age when they received their dowries, supporting theories that FGM originated as a form of initiation of young women...

 No response to the facts, why am I not surprised?

What would you like him to respond to ?...Your history lesson ?

You're the one defending the Muslim animals that still practice this, and much worse, not him.....Every verbal attack on these barbarians, its you and Rana that come to their defense....

What the hell is it with you.....can't you put your partisanship in the closet for awhile and use you common sense for a change....

You attack all of Islam with knowing very little about the individuals who practice it, and how culture determines how they practice. The differences are lost on you.

Where have I defended this practice? Hell bravs I've contributed money to a group that's trying to stop it. What have you done?

Rana was right and you and ILA are wrong. Along with men tribal women do sanction this practice

UNICEF 2013: "There is a social obligation to conform to the practice and a widespread belief that if they [families] do not, they are likely to pay a price that could include social exclusion, criticism, ridicule, stigma or the inability to find their daughters suitable marriage partners."[SUP][13][/SUP]

Nahid F. Toubia, Eiman Hussein Sharief, 2003: "One of the great achievements of the past decade in the field of FGM is the shift in emphasis from the concern over the harmful physical effects it causes to understanding this act as a social phenomenon resulting from a gender definition of women's roles, in particular their sexual and reproductive roles. This shift in emphasis has helped redefine the issues from a clinical disease model (hence the terminology of eradication prevalent in the literature) to a problem resulting from the use of culture to protect social dominance over women's bodies by the patriarchal hierarchy. Understanding the operative mechanisms of patriarchal dominance must also include understanding how women, particularly older married women, are important keepers of that social hegemony."[SUP][14][/SUP]

Last week the head of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation also called for abolishing female genital mutilation.

Many women choose to follow it. Women, like in Saudi, are beginning to push back. Education and exposure are what helps these women. I support a women's right to live the way they choose to live.

I doubt many of them want to. This is another liberal fallacy. If they don't they get stoned and beaten.

Hard to then suggest the "want" to live like that.

I cannot for the life of me understand why libs throw a shit fit over a Christian Pizza place not serving pizza at a gay wedding, but are perfectly fine with Muslims raping and stoning women because "hey that's their belief and culture."

The only conclusion I can draw is they really don't give 2 shits about gays or women, and want to take down Christian and Western culture. And if allying with Islam and Terrorism helps you, then why not. I can't find another possible explanation for their bizarre love of Islam.

Hell even Ultra Liberal Bill Maher has figured it out.

All religion is insanity. Bill and I agree on that. Raping and stoning are barbaric practices whether done in the name of religion or not. Bigotry against gays is also a form of insanity, just as racism is.

Please explain how you can lump homophobia, racism and sexual assault together with stoning women to death? Do you consider refusing to bake a cake for gay wedding to be on a par with stoning a woman to death?

They practice the most orthodox version and according to some of the other sects, they do.

http://www.moroccoworldnews.com/2013/04/87234/womens-rights-in-saudi-arabia-wahhabism-vs-islam/

But what's that mean? The most orthodox version of Catholicism is practiced in the Vatican; so, if someone wanted to experience Catholicism there's no better place to do it than the Vatican.

And if you want to see pure unadulterated Sunni Islam practiced, go to Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, Mecca is off limits to the filthy kaffir, due to the supremacist nature of orthodox Islam. So, if you want to experience Mecca, you have to convert first.

Maher doesn't say that though. He thinks all religion is nonsense but he puts Islam on another plane. And he gets castigated by the insane left for doing it. The left is arguably insane when it comes to this issue.

Nonsensical practices to the extreme quickly become insanity. I hold the opinion that any religious belief is a form of mental illness to some degree and should always be dealt with as such.
Islam is true certifiable insanity, as is any fundamental religion.
Bill and I are not too far apart on this.

But apart you are lol. See, you just can't bring yourself to admit there's a distinction between tithing, going to church three times a week and beating a woman half to death for the 'crime' of being raped.

Sane individuals see the former as benign religious tradition and the latter as utter barbarism.

Some insanity is dangerously violent by nature. Some insanity is just stupidity and fear that is acted on.
It is all mental illness to varying degrees on the same scale. I never said it was all the same.
You did.
Poor BORBO

As I said. varying points on the same scale. The distinction is only one of degree. They all take their direction the same insane magic book.

No, you just lumped them altogether and acted all high and mighty in your usual pompous way.

PS What's happened to Buck did you dump him?

The really backward bits of Islam - Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia for example - are totally dependent of American backing to continue with their antique shit.
