What are you even talking about? It is extremely difficult to pierce the corporate veil, and has only become more difficult over the last few decades. Musk, the owner of Twitter, would not be liable for the debts of Twitter, even though he created them for his own gain. That seems corrupt to most, but it does not mean that he will be hammered as you claim.
